The University Tax Management Office works with several departments on campus that have oversight of the various aspects of tax-exempt debt management. These include the Debt Advisory Committee, the Debt Oversight Group, and the Debt Process Team. As needed, the University Tax Management Office will perform reviews of private use and arbitrage rebate relating to tax-exempt debt issuances.
